Imagine This Topic Challenge!!

Have you ever noticed....when someone brings up a certain topic of conversation, the instant mental picture we give them in our head?  I mean, not bad images, just these pictures we make up of them depending on the conversation or the personality of them...just images we have?  Well, I guess I do it anyway, even if no one else does...

I was talking to someone today and thought to myself...she prolly thinks I am sitting behind my stove all day in an apron....when really I am laid out on my couch stuck in second life....but then I am also running errands and working...and living my SL and RL....so if someone were like me and imagining me in so many ways...I imagine they will have a lot of different views.  SOooooOOooo because this will take me forever to get through, I shall do one at a time.

 I think it would be so much fun to see what others come up with!!

Topic:  Food, Cooking, Recipies.....I am a baker, cook, and pinterest maker!!! I have been compared to a foodie, but its more along the lines of...what is going to make me happy. I love the way food can smell up your home and bring the smiles to the faces of people....food can set a mood, I swear on that fact!

Also...I feel like I am tricking myself into a diet....because I just nibble while I cook and by time dinner gets here...I am full.  (Please, leave me my illusions)

Barbie Girl Challenge!

What does Vintage, pink, and SecondLife have in common?  Umm...BARBIE!!!  Okay well maybe not Barbie, but when I think of those three things, I have to think Barbie.  For years now Ky has been calling SecondLife our grown up Barbie's and while I am very mature -serious face-

I SO LOVE PLAYING BARBIES!  I don't think any little girl really grows out of it, we just change it to other things, like.....SecondLife? 

So me and Ky thought we should do a Barbie Shoot and sorta give our version of how we think Barbie would look here in SecondLife.  I choose a more modern sleek look and Ky wanted to show off her stuff from the Pink Ribbon Fair that is going on until the 25th!

I didn't put on shoes, because I wanted to use SLINK's tiptoes to pay homage to the how Barbie always looks like she is wearing heels, even when I can't find them cause they are at the bottom of the toy chest....just sayin'!

Taking photos with her is always a 'special' kind of challenge.  It goes a lil something like this:

Me:  Put your anypose hud on and make your eyes look forward.
=watches them go left=
Me: no...forward, straight at the camera.
=watches them go right=
Me: Hello? Are you there...
=watches them cross=
Her: I did what you said!
Me:  -sighs- nevermind

As you can see....she did NOT do what I said, but whatever, I got a laugh from it -smiles-

It Builds Character Challenge.....Day One

I've been crazy busy this passed week and I admit here freely I totally missed blogging.
I have spent an entire day going through ten sims of amazing....and I feel like I single handedly cured cancer....not really but I spent alot....alot....alot.  It was amazing....its like this euphoric feeling every time I click and buy and don't get me started on the free stuff. 

So while shopping I thought...."what would I do without click buys!?" and then I sorta looked up like. Whoa...am I addicted?!  O.O;;   Do I have a problem?  I mean, is shopping the only thing I do in SL? 
Friends, I have begun a month long challenge.  Aside from my rent....I am not spending a single linden in SL for an entire month.  I KNOW, it's insane!  What am I thinking?!  But....I think I need this.  I need to see if I can actually wear all this stuff.  If I can sit in all these chairs.  Look at all this decor.  Can I actually use all these beds?!  Probably not, but the challenge starts today.
